OPINION. Q: My employees don’t have set hours of work, they work the hours I roster them for. The number of hours they get depends on how busy we are, which is unpredictable. They always get some hours though and a lot of them are pretty much full-time. Are my employees caught by the new rules around zero hours and if so, what does this mean?
