‘We’re setting ourselves up for a really bad work-life balance

Ignore your phone when it buzzes – or turn it off. Set your computer to “out of office”, or with a message that you will only respond at certain times a day. Take a walk or meditate to clear your head. These are the top tips from British productivity “ninja” Graham Allcott, who is in New Zealand hosting workshops to help people get more done.
